If you decide to become a paid member of ADITHYA MATRIMONY.COM to utilize our services please read   our terms and conditions given below and click on 'I Agree' button.Upon which, you will be directed to a member registration form.Fill it and send.Please note that after your application is processed and accepted, you will receive a registration number, which you always mention in all your correspondence.

1.	To Register your profile in ADITHYA MATRIMONY.COM or become a member, you must have attained  18 years or more (In case of brides)  and 21 years or more (In case of bridegrooms) as per Laws of India.

2.	You should not be restricted or prohibited by any law from entering into this agreement.

3.	If the information provided by you is false or you are not legally  eligible to register in any way, ADITHYA MATRIMONY.COM has right to terminate your membership / registration  without prior notice.In such cases, no refund of registration fee will be made under any circumstances.

4.	ADITHYA MATRIMONY .COM has to right to deleat profile from its site without any refund of fees   if it finds that you have not provided correct / accurate / sufficient information in the registration form.

5.	If ADITHYA MATRIMONY.COM founds any part of your application containing legally forbidden messages, photos and any objectionable and illegal material through mails or post, your membership will be terminated without any refund and appropriate legal action will be taken.

6.	Paid members will receive the contact details of suitable users/members of ADITHYA MATRIMONY.COM.Members are required to maintain total honesty,dignity and courtesy

7.	Members will allowed getting contact details of only opposite gender profiles in the caste and community which they mentioned on registration form.

8.	Membership fees once paid cannot be refundable (or) transferable.

9.	ADITHYA MATRIMONY.COM is no way responsible for the interactions, disputes between the members. All the enquires, interactions, decisions should be at their own risk only.

10.	You are communicating with us electronically, so you agree to receive communication from us electronically.

11.	We will communicate with you by e-mail so you agree that all agreements, notices disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

12.	ADITHYA MATRIMONY.COM does not guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use the service , the exchange of matrimonial profiles through or by ADITHYA MATRIMIONY.COM is not a matrimonial offer and / or recommendation from by ADITHYA MATRIMONY.COM

13.	ADITHYA MATRIMONY .COM is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the mails.We are not responsible for the conduct of any user/member of ADITHYA MATRIMONY.COM.

14.	ADITHYA MATRIMONY.COM is not responsible for any error, interruption, delay, communication line failure, theft, user and members' communications or any communications by ADITHYA MATRIMONY.COM to its members. We are not responsible for problems on technical, equipment, telephone lines, servers, software, and failure of mails.

15.This terms and conditions may be modified by ADITHYA MATRIMONY.COM without prior notice from time to time at will.
